In the rare event that you receive a defective product, rest assured that our return process is simple and hassle-free. What should you do when you receive a defective product?
1. Reach out to your sales manager via the website's instant messenger or email within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Submit photos or videos that clearly illustrate the quality defects of the product.
3. Once the product is confirmed to be defective (this confirmation process typically takes one day), a refund will be issued to your original payment method or Dropship-clothes account balance without the need to return the defective product.
If you cannot provide photos or videos, or if the submitted photos or videos do not demonstrate a quality defect in the item, all items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping charges for returns.
Can I return or cancel my order if it is not a quality issue?
If you are unsatisfied with your recent purchase, please follow these steps:
1. Cancellations are allowed before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
2. If you initiate a return or exchange for a reason other than a quality defect, you will bear the costs of return shipping and redelivery.
3. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the items.
4. You will be granted a refund without needing to return the package if: the courier confirms the package is lost or damaged; we shipped an incorrect item or sent an item with the wrong size or print.
Can I return an item if it is worn, or damaged or if the label has been removed?
1. Kindly ensure that items being returned are in the same condition as when you received them - undamaged, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
2. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for items marked with a non-returnable symbol or for complimentary items.
Refund
1. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days upon confirmation. You have the option to receive the refund in your Dropship-clothes account or your original payment account. Please note that refunds to credit or debit cards may take an additional 3-7 business days to process. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Please be aware that shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Important Reminder:
1. Please do not return the items to the sender's address on the package, as this is not our return address. Before returning or exchanging goods, be sure to contact our sales manager (contact email: [email protected]) because you can only ship to the address provided by our sales manager. Otherwise, it will affect the processing of your return.
2. Please make sure that your return package does not contain any non-Dropship clothes items, or we will not be responsible for sending them back to you.
